I enjoyed my stay at this hotel—everything about it made our ski trip so much easier. The rooms are spacious, which was great for storing all our gear without feeling cluttered. Having a kitchenette was a big plus since we could make sandwiches and snacks to bring to the mountain. The included breakfast was also a nice touch, so we could grab a quick bite before heading out. The location is super convenient—just a short drive to the slopes and really close to both downtown and the Old Mill District. It was nice to have plenty of restaurants and shops nearby when we weren’t skiing. The staff was friendly, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I’d definitely stay here again.

Not a common review poster, but this hotel did everything perfect. It was a great location to head up to Mt. Bachelor and they had amazing service; as well as amazing breakfast. The people were very friendly and helpful the whole time. Definitely recommend this spot.

This the place is clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. All the front desk staff is awesome. The people that prepare the breakfast in the morning. Our great. There's a huge selection of the from fresh fruit pastries. Make your own Waffle. Por station, very good breakfast. The hotel is right next to the river within walking distance and trails. Beautiful area, pull and spa weight room. A very nice hotel they're working on renovating some rooms. We all know that as a process, but, uh haven't heard any construction going on.So that is good.Avoid snack bar. Way over priced, as safeway, is just five minutes away.If that.

Was impressed with a lot of things: Best complimentary breakfast, location is close to everything, rooms were big, new with full kitchen. And you didn't need to request the toaster or dishes. Heated pool and gym also a plus. Will stay here again.

Ok so I did share my pillows the first day and it sucked but I simply asked for a couple more pillows and towels at the front desk with the lady we originally checked in with(3/7@ 4pm) which I now hoped I should've gotten her name because she went out of her way to get us what we needed asap instead of calling room service. Also at last but not least we want to also let it be known that when we went to get breakfast, the lady(Sophie) handling the breakfast, was so nice and my wife and both daughters agreed that she in a way like my mother and grandmother not because of age but because she was, welcoming, attending, and loving. It was a very refreshing experience for a stay out of town. Also, awesome location if you bring your dawg and overall great location for all types of things to do to hang out, eat, outdoor exploration, try some nice local ciders, and or just relaxing and enjoying beautiful bend.

Pleasantly surprised by this sweet little hotel. We experienced phenomenal customer service over the phone, when we checked in, and throughout our whole stay. The rooms are recently updated, so everything feels fresh and clean, and modern. It's quiet too! Location is excellent; downtown Bend is about a 6-minute drive. It's also closely situated near McKay Park, which was lovely to walk through and really fun to watch all the rafters, tubers, and river surfers.

Friendly staff, comfy rooms and reasonable pet fee~we'll be back!

I recently stayed here at the Town place Suites and was absolutely treated with the most respect, kindness and fun personalities. The hotel staff(Andrea) always went out of her way to ensure our stay was amazing. Every interaction I had with any of the hotel staff was nothing but the best. No matter our need they came through for us. Every night and day at the hotel was by far the best experience that I've ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was always point on. The rooms were so comfortable and quiet. Anything extra we needed it was provided without any hesitation. I highly recommend this place.
